Guaranteed Face to Face Meetings with Major Label A&R's

Give us some background info as to who you are.
My name is Will Adams and I'm a rapper/producer From St. Pete, FL. I wasn't raised with a silver spoon in my mouth. I grew up with my Mom and then I moved to Orlando with my father when I got older. Coming up I was an avid basketball player. However, my Hoop dreams faltered and I fell into the streets. But, I found my outlet through music.
What is the significance of your name "Will Adams"?
My real name is William Adams. I don't hide behind anything. I keep it authentic; this is who I am.
What sets you apart from other aspiring rappers?
The way I see the game, I'm more of a lyricist. I relate real life situations through my music for the world to feel me and understand my pain and glory.
What is the philosophy by which you live by?
My philosophy is Respect, Integrity and appreciation.
Which artists have inspired you?
I've been inspired by true lyrical artists such as Biggie Smalls, Jay Z and 2Pac.
Who does your production?
I produce a lot of my own music. Other producers I work with are KC-Hines Smith and DJ Rell.
What is your opinion of the current state of Hip Hop?
I feel that the state of Hip Hop is not all that bad, but it does need work. The industry is very radio driven. The Radio tells you where the state is. And sadly there are no more video outlets on TV for artists and their music, besides 106 and Park. Most rappers talk about the same thing. It's hard for artists to see in the future, because they are so busy trying to prove their past just to get in.
If you can change one thing about the music industry what would it be and why?
I would change the business aspects of the industry and I would like to see artists more informed about what actually goes on behind the scenes in the music biz. There's a lot of foolishness out there by artists who haven't studied the business that's preventing them from getting solid deals.
Are there any singers that you would like to collaborate with in the future?
Yes I would like to collaborate with Candy (Desperate Housewive of ATL) and Cierra.
What producer would you like to collaborate with in the future?
I would love to work with Swizz beats and Zatovin.
What is your favorite movie and favorite book?
My favorite movie is "The Pursuit of Happyness." I don't have a particular favorite book, but the "Hip Hop Dictionary" is a good one.
What are some major misconceptions that you think people have of you?
A lot of times people mistake my kindness for weakness. Furthermore, I am a determined yet quiet person and some people assume that I am mad or that I am easily provoked.
What is your favorite part of your live show? How has it evolved?
I always get hyped at the initial introduction. I love getting the crowed involved in my show and I love to leave the crowd with wanting some more anticipating the next time we meet.
What is your LP going to be like?
My LP is going to be authentic! It will feature Real Life Situations, Party vibes, as well as the Chill Grown up Vibe.
What is your website?
Be on the look out for www.willadams.com, which is currently under construction.
Any final words for the people.
Look out for "Recession Relief". And I appreciate all of the supporters and Fans. LETS GO!!!!!!!
